Cabinet refinishing is one of the best ways to completely transform a kitchen without the cost and disruption of a full renovation. In this project, the existing cabinetry was professionally prepped, refinished, and updated to create a fresh, high-end look while preserving the original layout and craftsmanship. By refinishing instead of replacing, I’m able to give homeowners a dramatic upgrade while keeping the project efficient, clean, and cost-effective.
Every cabinet refinishing project starts with thorough surface preparation. Doors and drawers are removed, degreased, sanded, and detailed to eliminate years of wear, oils, and buildup. The cabinet boxes are carefully prepped on site, with full protection of surrounding surfaces to keep the home clean throughout the process. Proper prep is what allows the finish to lay smooth, bond correctly, and hold up to daily use in a high-traffic space like a kitchen.
For the finish, I use professional spray techniques and high-performance coatings designed specifically for cabinetry. This creates a smooth, factory-like finish with crisp edges and long-lasting durability. In this kitchen, the two-tone look adds contrast and character, pairing bright, clean cabinetry with a bold island color that anchors the space. The result is a refined, custom look that elevates the entire room while extending the life of the original cabinets for years to come.

Newtown Sqaure: Cabinet Refinishing

Walking through this home now, everything just feels lighter, calmer, and more put together. The soft, neutral tones in the bedrooms make the spaces feel peaceful and easy to relax in, while still feeling bright and fresh during the day. Each room flows naturally into the next, so the whole house feels connected instead of chopped up by color changes.
The main living areas and stairwell were designed to feel open and welcoming, with subtle contrast to add depth and character without overpowering the space. The darker dining room creates a cozy, elevated spot for gathering, hosting, or just sitting down for a quiet meal. It’s the kind of room that feels intentional the second you walk in.
This project is a great example of how the right paint choices and clean execution can completely change how a home feels. Small details, thoughtful color placement, and quality prep work all come together to create spaces that don’t just look good in photos — they feel good to live in.

Newtown Square Project

This full interior repaint brought new life to the home, creating a clean, cohesive look throughout each space. The updated color palette enhances the natural light and architectural details, giving the rooms a brighter, more open feel while maintaining a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Each area flows naturally into the next, creating a polished and inviting interior from entryway to living spaces.
The cabinetry and built-ins were spray finished to achieve a smooth, high-end result that feels more like fine furniture than traditional paintwork. This method provides a uniform finish that highlights the craftsmanship of the custom millwork and adds durability for everyday living. The transformation delivers a refreshed, elevated look that feels both modern and timeless.
